Consent to receive advertising and informational mailings
I (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Subject”), in fulfillment of the requirements of Part 1 of Art. 18 of the Federal Law of March 13, 2006 N 38-FZ (as amended and supplemented) freely, of my own free will and in my interest, I give my consent to Limited Liability Company "Nova Creative Group” (LLC "Nova Creative Group") (legal address: 101000, Moscow, Myasnitskaya St., 40 building 1, room. 2/1, registered numbers 1247700465968/9701291097, hereinafter referred to as the Operator), to receive advertising and informational mailings and to process my personal data for the indicated purpose in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Operator’s website and the following conditions:
1. Consent is given for the following purposes:
a) receiving advertising and informational mailings in the following ways: sms-distribution; push-messages; by email;
via telecommunications networks, including through the use of telephone, facsimile, mobile radiotelephone communications; messages on social networks and messengers WhatsAPP, Telegram, Viber, Max;
b) processing of the following personal data: last name, first name, patronymic; email address; contact phone numbers;
1.1. I hereby guarantee that the contact details provided by me belong to me, and in case of termination of use of the specified contact details, I undertake to inform the Operator. By indicating contact details belonging to a third party, I guarantee that I have received consent from the specified third party to receive advertising mailings from the Operator in accordance with this Agreement.
2. The fact of signing this agreement is confirmed by ticking the checkbox with the text of the agreement and clicking the "Subscribe", "Discuss the idea", "Discuss the project", "Send" or similar button on the Website. Consent is given to the processing of personal data, both without the use of automation tools, and with their use
3. Personal data is not publicly available, personal data is not special or biometric
4. The purpose of processing personal data: to inform about upcoming events and news, promotions and services of the Operator
5. In the course of working with personal data, the following actions may be performed: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction
6. In order to achieve the processing goals, the Operator instructs the following categories of third parties to process the provided personal data, I hereby consent to the transfer of my personal data to the specified third parties:
- Operators communications;
- Owners social networks, messengers;
