Candidate database - a database of the Operator, containing information about persons willing to consider job offers.

Candidate - a person who has consented to the inclusion of data in the Database.

1.1. search and selection of candidates for vacant positions;

1.2. interaction with applicants on employment issues;

1.3. assessment of knowledge, skills and compliance with job requirements, conducting tests and surveys;

1.4. due diligence, confirmation of the accuracy of the information provided, prevention of corruption and compliance risks;

1.5. making decisions about hiring or refusing;

1.6. analysis of the effectiveness of the recruitment process;

1.7. interaction with applicants before the conclusion of an employment contract;

1.8. entering information about the Candidate into the Candidate Database.

The operator has the right to process my personal data, contained in provided by me documents (copies, scans) of the following content: Full name (including previous ones), date and place of birth, age, gender, photo, address of residence, data on marriage and relatives, contact details, information on education, training, educational activities, professional skills and career, scientific/educational activities, personal qualities, interests, achievements, current place of work, work activity, work capacity, social status, TIN, SNILS, information about military registration, financial information, information about possible conflicts of interest, participation in legal and non-profit organizations, data on the right to drive transport.

The operator has the right to use automated and non-automated processing methods, store data on any media, transfer it over internal protected networks, and also provide limited access to employees who need it to perform their functions.

The fact of signing this agreement is confirmed by ticking the checkbox with the text of the agreement and clicking the button “Subscribe”, “Discuss the idea”, “Discuss the project”, “Send” or similar in content on the Website. The operator can receive data only directly from me by studying the documents attached by me. Operator bearеis responsible for compliance with the rules for processing and protecting personal data.

Consent is valid until it is withdrawn. I am notified that the withdrawal of Consent may lead to the impossibility of considering my candidacy and making a decision on employment.
